This is Rick. No legal concerns to share in this particular post. Just a thank you at year-end for my Partner, Alice; and our Associate, Margie. And all of our wonderful staff.
This year, Alice was named as a Leading Lawyer in Illinois in Personal Injury. Margie, just a few years out of law school, has been selected as an up and coming Super Lawyer. Both of these accolades are earned as a result of a vetting process and recommendations from other lawyers and colleagues. I am extremely proud of both of them. I have tried civil jury cases in Circuit Court with them both and observed them try cases in the Worker’s Comp Commission. They work hard and they are focused totally on achieving the best they can for their clients. I have immense confidence in their abilities.
We added another paralegal to our staff upon moving Diane Lundbeck up to Office Manager. Diane has been with me for over 35 years now. She had been my paralegal up until this year when she moved into her new position. She is still my right arm. I am thankful for her and for all of our dedicated staff. Consistently, as we get back our reviews on closing files, our clients tell us how impressed they were with the staff and the quality of care and attention they get. I am proud of all of them. And thankful to have them in our offices in Sycamore and Geneva. We have grown this year and look forward to growth in the coming years, to continue to afford our clients the best in legal representation in our injury cases.
Recently, we have partnered with Podium, an outside vendor, to provide immediate text response from our website to prospective clients, and to help us assess how we have done at the end of the case, by providing a platform for reviews on Google and Facebook and through other media.
